ADS2009 Error： A triangle was found which has zero area

While doing cosimulation in ADS2009, I get an error saying a triangle was found which has zero area. This occurs when it is doing the solve on ports. What could be the problem?
The overlapping elements were somehow giving this error, once the layout was redone without any overlapping elements, error disappeared.
