Design a low-noise single stage amplifier using microstrip on 1-mm-thick alumina substrate (εr =9.6) and a FET (proposed type: NE3210S01) with the following specifications:
Center Frequency: 2.3GHz
Bandwidth: 10%
Gain (min): 12dB
Noise Figure (max): 1dB
Output VSWR (max): 2.0:1 (matched to 50Ω source and load)
