Questions about About ADS2014

Sir,
My circuit contains both passive(R,L,C) and active elements(Transistor), now I generated the layout of the schematic with passive , active, and MLIN'S, MSBEND, MCORN....etc.
My question is, can we generate and find the S-parameters of the EM simulation of layout contains both passive and active components using Advanced design System (2014) as like layout contains only passive elements such as R.L.C , MLIN, MSBEND, MCORN......etc.
If it is possible,what option we need to use for generation of EM layout in ADS2014.

You can generate layout with active an passive elements but you cannot simulate it with active and lumped passive elements to obtain s-parameters.
In order to simulate the layout wit associated active and lumped passive components, you should create a seperate schematic view and do EM Co-Simulation with these components.

EM Co-Simulation is it available only available in ADS2014 or is it available in the ADS2009 or ADS2011.I don't know about this EM co-simulation, I know the ADS2009 MOMENTUM EM Simulation. If it is available in ADS2009 and ADS2011, can you help me,how we can find.
I am beginner, I am familiar with ADS2009 and ADS2011. In ADS2009, for making EM Simulation, we have to create schematic and latter generate layout and latter initialize the substrate details,then we have to go to MOMENTUM and generate EM simulation (That EM simulation is not possible with active and passive elements).
