Hi,
I wanted to model a MACOM MA46H071 in ADS.
I have the Cjo and other values. I just can't get the right set of C values for a given bias.
Can anyone help me out with it ?

There is some equations for calculate the C values. You can find the equations from the datasheet or search it. Sorry I forget it.
