NPT1012 transistor NL Model for ADS

Also you should register with a email other that gmail and yahoo.

I registered with my university mail but the site says "We are unable to provide full support in your region, but may be able to support your interest in some way."
so I couldn't register and then download the model. if someone has the model please send it to me.
