Changing the rectungular data to tabular data in ADS 2008

Dear Sir,
I am beginner to ADS 2008 software, am learning now amplifier design using ADS 2008. I know how to plot rectungular data,don't know, how to convert the rectungular data to tabular data using ADS 2008. Herewith I am attaching the figures , in those figures, fig1 shows the rectunular data and fig 2 shows the tabular data. In ADS 2008 , I don't know , which option I need to use to convert the rectungular data to tabular data. I want to convert as like fig2 from fig1 is shown in the document.

hi sir, i have emg signal stored in matlab as a matrix of data such as -22.1
-10
5
etc
how i can transfer this signal to 8051 in such away 8051 read my signal continously if it indicate the max(samples) take action,how i can do this
please help with codes
