Re： Amplifier design help-ADS

Hi ALL;
iam a beginnerin RF design, i want to make a project where i'll use an amplifier (commercial amplifier IC), i searched some companies but i have some questions regarding the design flow in ADS, hope any one help me
1- some ICs are accompanied with a touch stone file and others aren't
my question is what is the use of S-parameters (is it required for modelling) and if isn't available,how to model the amplifier

2-if the amplifier is matched ,should i recheck for its stability or not
and if it is conditionally stable ,should i make any stabilization mean

3- the ic is accompanied by an application circuit ,is what required to draw it in a schematic window or is there more design issues that must be taken into account
4- what is the use of designerkits and does it help in design
