How to simulate FHX13LG in ADS momentum?
I have LNA FHX13LG S-Parameters, and I can simulate in ADS schematic, now I want to simulate in ADS momentum, what should I do?
When I generate layout from schematic, in layout, there are three ref point for FHX13LG, do I need to draw pin PAD for it? Then simulate in momentum? Who can confirm it?

I made a simple amplifier using ATF36077 and got 11dB gain. But when I simulated with layout, I got -57dB gain, and found input is drain and output is gate, who can help me fix that problem to get proper gain in the layout simulate? thanks.

Yes, you have to draw foot prints for electrodes of FHX13LG.
Yes.
You have to set port of referece point as ref points for FHX13LG in momentum setting,
then evaluate 3-ports s-parameters.
Using this 3-ports s-parameters and raw S-parameter of FHX13LG,
you can evaluate layout effects in s-parameter simulation.

Do you mean using Port3 to replace GND in the S2P file in ADS? Then get 3-ports S parameters. Then using it in Momentum.
Would you give some details?
Generally, no.
I mean drain, gate and source as 3-ports.
GND is a reference node in momentum.
Actually, both two source nodes is connected to GND directly.
Use this ADS project file..
You can not connect s-parameter defined models in MoM simulation directly.You should simulate your layout first and then you should put your model data file in a seperate schematic window.
