In the data control, you can set two marks, then the conversion gain is Mark1-mark2, edit a equation.

To calculate the conversion gain is very simple.
Conversion gain of a mixer=Output Level at RF/IF Signal(dBm)-Input Level at RF/IF Signal(dBm)
So, simply converted dignals are extracted from each other.
For instance..
You have 1GHz LO frequency, 100MHz RF signal with -10dBm and output level is +10dBm at 900MHz and 1100MHz.
You should observe the spectrum at 900MHz and 1100MHz.And then find the power levels and compare with which is suitable for you.
That's it..

there are many methods to calculate the conversion gain in ADS.
1.such as for mixer, see 111.jpg.
2.for data process, see 112.jpg, then edit equation: CG=Mark1-Mark2.
for syntax problem, you can check ads help file.
3. You can also add I probe and V probe, then power is I*V, then edit equation to calculate two power difference.

That's a mixer ferq relation. The max power is always freq1, say LO, the 2nd freq can be RF, so {-1,1} means -1*freq(LO)+1*freq(RF)=IF.
If you can calculate one point power, then you can plot this power vs. freq (RF freq, or IF freq, etc) in the ADS dataset processing window.

when I replace RF and LO inputs with 50-ohm resistor, current of circuit is decreas (30uA)....and when I don't replace them, I=30mA!
if I change these two inputs or not?

No, you shouldn't replace.

You can not terminate the mixer by simply connecting 50 Ohm at each input/output.there will be Dc currents through 50 Ohms..
You should put a DC Blocking element between inputs/outputs and 50 Ohms..
