I need models for

Philips BFS17
and
Microsemi MRF581

I can find a motorola MRF581 can I use this and the philips S-paramater model does go low enough. Will ads give a fairly acurate model from this at frequencies below the limits of the model.

Can I run DC analysis from S paramater model?
