is kindly help out me for frequency range 3.7-4.2 Ghz frequency of low noise amplifier in ads which components i use which types of analysis required how i calculate noise figure gains and temperature and noise consideration and also told whichtype of amplifier design here i used kindly help me out in that problem becz its mine fyp in which 5i have to desin low noise amplifier with down converter for c band frequency kindly any dear give solution of mine problem please.

If you are new to broadband LNA design.
First read Gonzalez's book.
There is chapter on broad band amplifier.
It will be useful for you while designing in ADS.
