Has anyone got a Ads model for NE34018?

Now I wanna do a Receiver 1st stage simulation via @ds, but I did't got

a @ds model fo NE34018,which is a GsAs HJ-FET LNA produced by NEC .

can anyone provide me with it? Many thanks.

There is a Libra TOM model in the datasheet at w-w-w.cel.com. You just enter the parameters as shown in the datasheet.

I login the website:www.cel.com, and search "ne34018" ,but unfortunatly,

I didn't find the datasheet consist of the model u refer to , can u pls tell me the

exact file name,
