required help for simulation in ADS
i am designing oscillator inADS 2004
I have downloaded model of the transistor that i am using in my simulation
from internate.
the model when placed in the design layout is not showing option for biasing & also for S parameter.
please tell me whether It is required to add S parameter of transistor or that model take care of it.
the transistor that i am using is NE3210S01 ( from CEL)
do u use the nec active parts library for ads , it should contain the nonlinear model for this transistor
but i donot know the layout , i will try , and update u

I have ADS library of active devices
Canu u tell me how to get S parameters of my transitor in in ADS
I have tried but they are not matching with datasheet.
i have created a project to compare between the S paremeter, and nonlinear model
the error between them about .5 db in the S21
check it , i can see that the error is can be neglected

I have tried using ADS compatable model of NE3210S01
I compaird the result between datasheet values & values obtained by S parameter simulation in ADS
They are not matching. large difference
only value at 0.1 GHz i.e at start it matches
can u tell me the reason

how to open that file in ADS
after unziping
from them main window in ads ,. select file , and unarchive project
it will unarchive it , and open it

I saw many folders there.
I tried to open in ADS ".dsn" files
but it is given error.
oscillator.dsn is the ADS compatable file, right?
correct me if I am opening wrong file
