ADS co-simulation仿真时出错

我仿真时出现以下错误：
error：
port 13 does not resolve to a single face

coarse for this geometry，please increase the layout resolution if this causes problem。

从报错看是端口的位置放得有问题，可以稍微挪一下端口位置，如挪到金属内部

我在layout layers中设置Alumina [via]hole这一层时，怎么设置啊，是不是在这一步出的错。
