i want to design a RF power detector with MWO
like to inject a CDMA signal on it , and get the output
thanks in advance

This page has some good tips. I wouldn't worry too much with the matching network, at least to start with:
http://www.microwaves101.com/encyclopedia/detectors.cfm
Once you get a harmonic blance simulation going look at Vout vs. swept Pin to check compression. Then an RF pulse train also in harmonic balance, and try HSPICE too if you have that option. The pulse train will allow you to check the rise time (video bandwitdh).
There is an element in VSS that writes samples to a file. For instance you can write samples of a WCDMA waveform to a file. Then you can read this file into a VPWL element and use it in an HSPICE simulation.
Chose a nonlinear Schottky diode model from the library and design a detector (e.g. Infineon BAT64)
Chose a modulated port PORTMOD from Ports/Signals and set the right modulation and frequency resolution.
The modulation is a file that should be located in the folder Signals.
Chose a graph and for measurement go to Nonlinear / Vtime (Time Domain Voltage), and for Measurement Component chose a probe located at the output of the detector.
For Simulator chose Hspice.
On the same graph you can chose for comparison the Vtime at the input, and Vtime at the output of the detector.
use the tansisent simulation in the ADS can also do this job too
i have used ADS , and everything is going ok , but i want to learn how to do it with MWO
i have attached my work with MWO , and want someone check it , and tell me if everything ok , and i will begin with the Transient simulation
