I find it hard to find S-param model for Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor.
Anybody tried modelling this CAPS in MWO? I'd like to have its Impedance over frequency response.

Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors are essentially not used in RF circuits, that's why a model is not very necessary for RF circuits.
But if you still wants to use it, you may create a model Ideal Capacitor+ESR+Series Inductor.
