Inter Digital capacitor AWR

Any one can help me, In AWR software

Problem:i have design interdigital capacitor but this capacitance value is varied by varying the frequency. in normal distributed capacitance value is constant. [/B]

my work is i have design a distributed filter circuits i have try to replace distributed capacitance place the designed interdigital capacitor,but its scattering parameters, capacitance and quality factor is varied so im struck to get desired result.

Do you have a reference for this? As far as I'm aware, most printed capacitances are frequency-depedent.

Value is constant only if your ICAP is small compared to the wavelength. And even when small, it has some series inductance that results in frequency dependence.
