Trouble defining nonlinear capacitance in microwave office
录入:edatop.com 点击:
Hi!
I've been looking into Microwave Office to simulate a nonlinear FET equivalent circuit. I have couple of nonlinear capacitors that are described by Taylor series expansion: i=(C1*v1+C1'*v2+C2*v1^2+C2'*v2^2+C2"*v1*v2+....... .)dv/dt upto 3rd order. I saw that if you have only one voltage dependency then its doable but with two voltage dependencies I can't figure out how to define the cap. Can anyone help please? Thank you for your time and effort.
