基于频谱分析仪的相位噪声测量探讨

内容简介：利用频谱分析仪测量相位噪声虽然操作方便、成本低，但是在测量过程中有诸多不确定因素，本文对这些因素进行分析梳理，为测试人员提供一种分析方法。

Abstract：Make a measurement of SSB phase noise based on a spectrum analyzer would be simple and reduce the cost. But, there are so many attentions need to be take care during the measurement with a spectrum analyzer. All the attentions would be analyzed in this paper, in order to provide a idear for the measurement operators.
