串联电感高阻抗线微带低通滤波器设计
内容简介:采用重量轻,体积小,易于与其它电路集成的微带传输线结构,利用串联电感高阻抗线设计了一个5阶Chebyshev低通滤波器,并利用ADS对其进行了优化.用电磁仿真软件HFSS比较了串联电感采用高阻抗线和低阻抗线的频率响应特性曲线,发现采用高阻抗线时其具有更陡峭的过渡带,滤波器性能有明显改善.为进一步验证设计的正确性,利用网络分析仪对滤波器性能进行了测试并与HFSS结果进行了比较,发现仿真结果和测试结果吻合很好.
Abstract:A 5-order Chebyshev microstrip low-pass filter with series inductance using high impedance transmission line is presented in this paper. It has the advantages of light weight, small volume, and it is easy to be integrated with other circuits etc. Its size optimization is accomplished with electromagnetic simulator ADS. In order to verify the eorreetness of the design, the frequency response curve with series induetanee using high and low impedance is compared with Ansoft HFSS. The results show that the filter has a steep transition band employing the high impedance, and the filter performance is improved obviously. To further demonstrate the performance of the proposed filter, its effect is tested by using network analyzer and compared with HFSS simulated data. The results show that a good agreement is achieved.
