超宽带微波滤波器研究现状
内容简介:超宽带技术具有低功耗、高速率、保密性强等优势,在空间导航、空间通信、雷达等领域有广泛的应用与良好的发展前景。综合了国内外超宽带技术的最新进展,介绍了超宽带微波滤波器的作用、特点及关键问题。从 z变换法、多模谐振器法、滤波器级联法等设计方法和微带结构、多层电路结构、腔体结构及新材料等实现结构对近期超宽带微波滤波器的设计进行归纳总结并举例说明。最后展望了超宽带滤波器小型化、高集成、高性能的发展趋势。
Abstract:With the advantages of low power consumption,high transmission speed and good confidentiality,the UWB tech-nology has broad prospect in application and development of space navigation,space communication and radar. The latest re-search progress of UWB technology around the globe is summarized in this paper. The functions,characteristics and some key points of UWB microwave filter are introduced. The design methods ( z transform technique,multimode resonator technique and filter cascaded technique) and structures (microstrip structure,multilayer structure,cavity structure and new materials) of UWB filters are discussed and illustrated. The development trend of miniaturization,high integration and high performance UWB fil-ters is prospected.
