单腔薄膜梳状滤波器的特性研究

内容简介:用特征矩阵法研究了单腔薄膜梳状滤波器的梳状滤波特性,结果表明:当腔两边的薄膜的周期数为6时,单腔薄膜梳状滤波器就有很好的梳状滤波功能;当腔两边的薄膜的厚度增大时,梳状峰的位置向长波方向移动,梳状峰的间距增大,梳状峰的个数减少;当腔的厚度(或折射率)增大时,梳状峰的间距减小,梳状峰的个数增多,特别是当腔的厚度大到一定程度后,单腔薄膜梳状滤波器也能满足密集波分复用的要求。
Abstract:The interleave properties of one-cavity thin film interleaver are investigated with the eigen matrix method.The results shows that:as the periodicity of the thin film beside the cavity is 6,the one-cavity thin film interleaver has excellent interleave filter properties;as the thin films beside the cavity become thicker,the location of the interleave peaks move toward the region of longer wavelength,the intervals between the interleave peaks increase,and the number of the peaks decreases;as the thickness of the cavity(or refractive index) increases,the interval of the interleave peaks decreases,the number increases,particularly as the thickness of the cavity increases to a certain length,the one-cavity thin film interleaver can fulfill the requirement of DWDM.
