Abstract：In civil aviation VHF communication system, the cavity filter plays an important role in reducing interferences from outside and intermodulation interference between radio stations. This paper describes the characteristics of cavity filter, and introduces a method of tuning cavity filter in the use of a RF network analyzer. This method is easy to achieve and can satisfy the technical specifications.
