具有三阶谐振腔的S波段LTCC带通滤波器设计
内容简介:应用低温共烧陶瓷技术,设计出了具有切比雪夫特性的三阶带通滤波器。该滤波器为电容耦合由3个并联谐振腔组成,用三维多层结构实现该滤波器。仿真结果表明,该滤波器的中心频率为2.4 GHz,相对带宽为10.4%,性能优良,并且体积仅为3 mm×2 mm×1 mm;在无线通信、雷达等射频系统中有广泛的应用。
Abstract:A new bandpass filter which is designed by low temperature CO-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology with third-order Chebyshev characteristic is presented in this paper. This filter is composed of three resonant cavities and by the capacitive coupling, which is realized by the three dimensional multilayer construction. The simulation result indicated that this filter' s center frequency is 2.4 GHz, the relative bandwidth is 10.4% , and the performance is fine. And the volume of this filter is only 3 mm x 2 mmx 1 ram. This filter has the widespread application in radio frequency systems, wireless communication and so on.
