RT,前段时间没好好学习,现在老师让设计一个基片集成波导带通滤波器,并仿真,但是我不太会用HFSS软件,有没有谁有这方面的设计实例啊,急死了!快来帮帮我吧,研一的孩子伤不起啊
附上题目:采用已有文献上的基片集成波导带通滤波器形式实现本题设计要求,与文献对比并分析。介质基片采用RT-duroid 5880材料(相对介电常数εr=2.2),厚度h=0.254mm,金属条带厚度t=0.017mm,宽度w=0.76mm,金属化过孔直径d≥0.3mm,孔间距s≥0.6mm。其它参数可自行选择优化。仿真期望满足在34<f<36GHz的通带插入损耗<2dB,波纹<0.5dB,在f<31GHz和f>39GHz的阻带衰减>25dB。

I have some idea about your task. You wanna design a microstrip bandpass filter at about 35GHz if I understand your statement well.
There are several kinds of filters. I am sure that you have learned the principle of transformation of lumped element and microstrip. So in my opinion, you can build a lumped element filter firstly, and then, transfrom it to microstrip.
Bythe way, you can also use Agilent ADS to simulate and optimize your design by which you can save more time.
