高手帮忙:一个关于chargepump的问题

输出电压分压后和某个基准比,高了就关掉charge pump
但是这样只是关断了,可我要的是稳定
要是加一个level shift,补偿起来麻烦不?

高了关掉,低了再打开,类似于pfm。
可以加PWM and LDO的方式
很多業界都有做 可以去參考一下
Resistive devider, compare with an referece voltage,doesn't need a level shifter
Only compares, Non compensation is OK
With an external stabilzing capacitor, about 1uF, the voltage ripple will be small
If you have area, use cap, you need calculate the current, ripple to derive your size.
You can get more than a few hundred pF on chip. More than that the cost is high.
Or you can actively control the supply, frequency etc.
