HFSS计算机配置问题

最近运算时总是出现内存不足的问题，刚开始模型尺寸100*100*50（mm），频率90GHz，有一下提示
[warning] Solution Setup 'Setup1': Given the specified frequency and model dimensions, an extremely large mesh will be required to produce an accurate solution. Your model and/or frequency units may be set incorrectly. (9:53 AM 九月 04, 2010)
[error] Lambda refining mesh, process mesh3d : Insufficient memory (10:14 AM 九月 04, 2010)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (10:14 AM 九月 04, 2010)
在比例缩小0.5后，出现下面的错误提醒：
[error] Adaptive solution, process solver : Insufficient memory (10:32 AM 九月 04, 2010)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (10:32 AM 九月 04, 2010)
请教各位大虾怎么解决？

Warning里说的很清楚了。
换台配置好的机器试试，如此大的模型加之较高的频率，个人建议服务器～
现在的机子配置是：2.0G内存，4核CUP，主频：2.38GHz
是有点低。。
2G内存貌似小了点。
3.3333mm的波长
你的尺寸是100*100*50mm
你想用2GB的内存的机器仿真？ impossible!
建议你找个32GB的工作站试试看。
实际尺寸是1000*1000*800的空间，看来我只能无限的缩小，知道机子能够模拟才行
