HFSS仿真求助，运行仿真后，出现本机执行错误提示

请高手指教，我刚装的HFSS14.0的软件。仿真任何正常的模型（包括它自带的例举工程模型）。都会出现以下提示：
“仿真完成，有本机执行错误”。请问怎样处理。先谢谢了！
