不清楚你是怎样设计文档的，建议常去器件厂家的官网遛达遛达
大的芯片厂家（官网）一般都会提供库文档的，网上有现成的官网文档，你自己找一下。祝好运。
当前 Altera 提供cadence的库文档（如果你安装有cadence，转成altium也很容易），家族完整。
altium官网也免费提供有Altera库（家族好像不全），你自己下载看是否有你要的器件库。
必要时下载不到的器件可尝试找altera代理商索取封装... 实在没有自己动手好似也不难吧
