I don't know how to translate CAMCAD database into Expeditionpcb database. However, There are some translators which support a seamless translation for Allegro2Expeditonpcb,Powerpcb2Expeditonpcb,Protel2Expetionpcb, Expeditionpcb2Allegro etc.
If you got the netlist, virtually all maijor CAD databases will be able to be translate Expeditionpcb database.
