用license_manager程序的话在LM_LICENSE_FILE变量的值要用端口号@主机名的形式，并且要和license文件里的一致，并把license文件放到相应的主机上。
如果你是单机安装，建议你不要用license_manager程序，而是直接在MGLS_LICENSE_FILE变量里输入license文件（包括路径）就可以了。
谢谢！问题已经解决！主要是因为我使用Bitdefender10pus的时候，在删除软件时强行删除，结果Keygen得不到Hostid，
关机后，在启动就好！
先装PADS2005SP2再装wg。这样就不要license
