锁定与固定的区别

Mentor 中锁定为Locked，固定为Fixed，这两者有什么差别?Fixed有快捷键F8和F9，Locked快捷键是什么?
我也想知道，请高手指教。
Fixed，在某些情况下还是可以推动的， locked 在任何情况下都是不可变的，不可删除。
