MENTOR与ORCAD的奇怪问题

我的ee2007.7不能跟ORCAD和用了，forward annotation时候失败了，我更新的时候出现如下问题：
Error: There were errors. See log file, ForwardAnnotation.txt.
然后我打开ForwardAnnotation.txt.查看，有如下信息：
     Netlist has no syntax errors

     The Keyin Netlist has been read

     Target PDB Name: Work\Layout_Temp\PartsDB.pdb

     ERROR:  There are no PartsDB partitions from which to extract parts
      and the local PartsDB "Work\Layout_Temp\PartsDB.pdb" does not exist.

     ERROR:  Unable to create local PDB

     ERROR:  Problem Making Local Parts DataBase

     DataBase Load is being terminated with 3 errors and 0 warnings.
      Logic Data has NOT been Compiled.

我打开文件夹发现Work\Layout_Temp\PartsDB.pdb是存在的啊。

我又重新新建了一个工程，结果在forward annotation时候失败了，同样的结果。

把步骤些详细些
看看哪的问题

求助：请问Mentor PartsDB.pdb是什么?
我原来完全正常的工程，生产的PCB都量产了，但换了电脑后重装了一下Mentor ee7.9,就出现不能更新的问题了：
在PCB界面下从新导网表不成功，如下图：F:\1.bmp
