使用ultra librarian lite软件如何转换为mentor封装

在使用ultra librarian lite软件转换封装时，选择转换为mentor封装，但会出现如下提示：WARNING！ Mentor now requires an encryption license to import any data into thier library system. This is supposed to be a free license provided to customers.
However, our tool can not be used with Expedition software requiring encrypted files
without the licensing capability. Please contact Mentor for more details.
使用Mentor中Library Manager将转换好的文件导入时，也会提示Error: Unencrypted data can not be imported. Please encrypt the data and try again.请问大侠们如何解决这个问题?谢谢！
