不知道搞了什么，capture cis总是打不开，有兄弟遇这种情况了吗?帮忙解决下，thanks！

我也遇到过，你新建一个原理图应该没问题。原因是Capture 在打开文件时，要保存最近打开文件历史记录。
将注册表改下就行了，你可以试一下。
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer下的 NoRecentDocsHistory注册表项（DWORD类型的）设置为0,重启explorer.exe进程。
