A command in Capture menu Accessories-->Transfer Occ. Prop to Instance-->Push Occ. Prop into Instance
WARNING: make sure you UNCHECK "Use this to remove all the Occurence properties from the design......".
After running this all my reference mismatch were resolved. I was able to copy parts or even whole page without problem.
