为什么flash thermal relief没有显示？

16.2中菜单命令setup->outlines->plane outline ->Draw rectangle 没有显示flash thermal relief！
其他命令均可。setup->outlines->plane outline ->Draw poygon
shape Add tool, shape add rectangle.
上述命令都选择了GND网络的。
