求助，CAPTURE CIS生成网表导入allegro时出错

我用的是16.2的版本，用CAPTURE CIS生成了网络表，三个文件都产生了，但是导入allegro时就报以下警告，没有错误但是还是导不进元件，这是怎么会事?请高手帮忙解决，谢谢！
