请问负片模式下孤铜删除方法

在内电层或地层采用负片模式，产生的孤铜是否只能采用shap->manual void->选相应形状的方法删除。好像shap-> delete islands无效。谢谢！

貌似中间孤铜的删除方法：一是缩小ANTI PAD 二是shap->manual void
不好意思，我再用负片画图的时候才用的就是shap-> delete islands可以使用，所以我也很关切这个问题。您的铜皮是不是没有升级呀，您升级后在shap-> delete islands，您看看可以吗
