先做Tools-->database check.

就是做过那个，再出GERBER才出错的，谢谢

那就要慢慢查

仅凭database error 在这里就没法回答了

  1 要么这里有问题---FORMAT   3.4 改为FORMAT  5.5看下（这是原因：The current output is rounding down the data.  Failure to change
  the format may result in inaccurate arc coordinates in the output
  files and possible shape/void plotting failures.）

  2 先把光绘的精度休整一下 -- ERROR: aborting film - undefined aperture symbol - cannot      continue

  光绘生成不了，要养成看VEIWLOG的习惯`~~咳！

我也有同样的问题，FORMAT和精确度都调整过了，还是不行呢?请问还有没有别的可能性呢?

这个和那边有另外一个帖子查不多啊

重新生成aperture试试

如果还是不行，有可能是你在brd中的symbol和lib中的symbol有差别，这种问题还是可能发生的。

把两个symbole改一下，改成一样的就得了。然后记住不要经常更改单位制，一会儿英制一会儿公制，容易引发这种问题。
