allegro 库文件还有其他的设置没有?

Pin Number 是不可以为空白的

Pin Name 是不可以重复的，除了属性是Power

如果用自带的Capture CIS生成网表可以直接导入到Allegro中。当然它有自己的一套规则，需要遵守。把光标放在[ALG0031]上，按F1键，会跳出具体的说明的。

如果用单独的Orcad，需要提供每个元件的Device。

你是用第三方软件生成网表的。这个网表能否成功导入到ALlegro的PCB中呢?如果可以，你就用这个好了。但是反标就不方便了
