This dialog box offers import of a self-defined dispersion file. Instead of typing values into the table, you may define them directly in this ASCII file. The extension for these files is "*. txt".
This dialog is used for more than one type of import. The different types are explained below. The files must contain a certain amount of columns representing the values for the table in all cases. The first column is always the frequency value. The separator of the columns can be space, tab, comma or semicolon.
Material Type: 'Normal'
Electric Dispersion Fit Tangent Delta
Format: Frequency Value (2 columns)
Magnetic Dispersion Fit Tangent Delta
Format: Frequency Value (2 columns)
Dielectric Dispersion Fit
Format: Frequency eps' eps'' (3 columns)
Magnetic Dispersion Fit
Format: Frequency mue' mue'' (3 columns)
Material Type: 'Anisotropic'
Electric Dispersion Fit Tangent Delta
Format: Frequency X Y Z (4 columns)
Magnetic Dispersion Fit Tangent Delta
Format: Frequency X Y Z (4 columns)
Dielectric Dispersion Fit
Format: Frequency x' x'' y' y'' z' z'' (7 columns)
Magnetic Dispersion Fit
Format: Frequency x' x'' y' y'' z' z'' (7 columns)
Example for Dielectric Dispersion Fit with normal material type:

Open
Opens the selected TXT file, adds its data to the superior dialog box and leaves this dialog box.
Cancel
Closes this dialog box without performing any further action.

Shows this help text.
