CST2013: Color Map Plot Properties
Navigation Tree: 2D/ 3D Results <Result Plot> Color Map Plot Properties...
This dialog box allows adjusting the settings for controlling the appearance of color map plots of two dimensional matrix like data sets.
Grid frame
Number of horizontal ticks: Specify the number of ticks used along the horizontal axis. At least two ticks need to be specified.
Number of vertical ticks: Specify the number of ticks used along the vertical axis. At least two ticks need to be specified.
Draw grid lines: This option specifies whether a grid shall be drawn on top of the data.
Clamping frame
Clamp to range: If this option is turned off, the range for the color ramp is scaled to fit the lowest and highest data values. If this option is turned on, the limit for the color ramp can be specified in the two entry fields below.
Minimum: If the clamping is activated, this settings allows to specify the lower bound of the color ramp.
Maximum: If the clamping is activated, this settings allows to specify the upper bound of the color ramp.
Threshold frame
Skip values less than: If this option is turned on, then all data values less than a threshold value given in the entry field will be skipped for visualization. The color map will then appear fully transparent at these locations such that a background image (if any) will be visible.
OK
Applies any changes to the visualization and closes this dialog box.
Apply
Applies any changes to the visualization without closing the dialog box.
Reset
Resets all visualization options to their default values.
Close
Closes this dialog box without performing any further action.
Help
Shows this help text.
