CST2013: Exclude Port-Modes
Post Processing: Signal Post Processing S-Parameter CalculationsExclude Port-Modes...
This dialog makes it possible to choose which port-modes will be considered for post processing or otherwise will be excluded. Port-modes that have been excluded can be regained by switching the status back to not excluded. No additional solver runs are necessary for this issue because it is done as a post processing step.
This feature allows to renormalize a subset of S-Parameters if all port-modes that were not previously excited are excluded from post processing. In the same way it is also possible to achieve single-ended S-Parameters even if not the complete S-Matrix was calculated.
For ports with the single-ended feature switched on it is only possible to exclude all (or none) of the calculated modes.
Port
In this column, the port number identifying the port is displayed.
Mode
The mode patterns for the S-Parameters are listed here.
Status
Displays if the corresponding port-mode is excluded or not excluded.
Toggle Status
Switches the status display between excluded and not excluded.
OK
Accepts your settings and leaves the dialog box.
Cancel
Closes this dialog box without performing any further action.
