CST2013: Make Wire From Curve
Modeling: ShapesWire from Curve
In this dialog box you may create one or more wires specified by previously defined curve items. The corresponding menu item will only be active if at least one curve has been defined before. The dialog then opens after one or more curve items have been selected (Make Wire From Curve Mode).
As soon as the wire have been created they will appear in the navigation tree, while the selected curve items will be deleted from the tree.
Name
Specify a unique name for the new wire. This option is deactivated if multiple wires will be created. In this case the names will be created automatically.
Folder
Choose a wire folder from the select list. You can also create a new wire folder by typing the name of the new wire folder.
Radius
Define here the radius of the new wire(s).
Solid wire model
This option converts the wire-model into a solid model.
Material
Defines the material of the wire(s). If "Solid wire model" is selected any material can be selected. If "Solid wire model" is not selected only PEC and lossy metal materials can be selected. Lossy metal will only be supported by the Integral equation solver.
Termination
Only active if "Solid wire model" is selected. Different shapes for the wire ends can be chosen:

Press this button to finally create the wire(s).
Preview
Press this button to create a preview of the wire(s). This option is very useful to check the settings before you actually create the wire(s).
Cancel
Closes this dialog box without performing any further action.
