Acceleration token availability as 0(0) in CST

Hi all,
I got license for 1 acceleration token in CST microwave studio and it is showing in the license tab also.
But when i tried to accelerate in the acceleration tab, the tokens currently available is shown as "0(0)".
It would be appreciable if somebody help me in understanding what went wrong....
