Help me make the following plot using CST

Hi Folks,
I have redraw SRR unit cell. I used frequency domain with Zmax, Zmin port parameter. Thus, I already got S parameter results (S11, S21 db, magnitude smith, phase). Could you please let me know on how to make following plot using CST ?

1. permeability (Mue)vs Frequency
2. Permitivitty (Eps) vs Frequency, and
3. Frequency vs Beta (Radian)

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
