Integrating field over steps in time and a direction, CST

I'm designing a meander line to deflect a beam of protons. The line is configured so the electrical signal (and field) match the beams propagation; so if you imagine an unwanted proton shooting along above the line a field will be alongside it pushing it as it travels, whereas a wanted proton will pass through unaffected as the deflecting fields will be moving ahead of it.

So I'm new to CST and I'm just wondering if there's any way to model the field our proton will experience as it travels along. So if it's travelling a millimeter every nanosecond how do I evaluate the field above the line at 0mm 0s, then 1mm 1ns, 2mm 2ns, and collate this all into a table or graph.

Ideally I'd like to do this for a square pulse but i don't know if that's possible with CST so I guess I would find the fourier components of a suitable square pulse and evaluate all this at these constituent individual frequencies.

Thanks for reading!

So this is a rough model of a couple meanders, the beam will travel in direction v around where the thick blue line sits.
